• Fixed bug that caused the game in tournament mode to not end when player has lost.
• Fixed bug that caused some generals to be missed in the Ending Mode Screen
  when the player loses in Tournament Mode.
• Fixed bug that caused the wrong movie to be displayed when finishing the game.
• Fixed bug that caused the difficulty level of the game to be set to Hard when
  loading a saved game.
